Iron Horse Wrestling Academy offers area wrestlers the chance to learn
from and workout with a diverse group of outstanding coaches.
Train every week with Bryan Stout (4x NCAA All-American), J.J. Zannetta
(2x NCAA Div 2 All-American), Jeff Breese (2xPIAA State Champion), and
Ron Tarquinio (State Champion, Jr. National Champion 4x NCAA Qualifier).
Also other division 1 college athletes. If you are a serious wrestler (especially
middle and upper weight). You have to try and secure a spot in this session.

Explosive Training for Wrestling Develop Explosive Strength and Power to improve performance “on the mat” Youth Ages 12 and older
Integrated wrestling, weight lifting and functional training to directly improve wrestling performance
A strength and conditioning program designed specifically for wrestlers
For those interested please inquire about small group youth training to be run by a certified trainer for our younger athletes under 12
