"Winter Session 2" Begins
All sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays
9 Weeks of Targeted Technique Training and Conditioning for Young Wrestlers

*Learn more about Iron Horse & the ETW program for wrestlers to be run in parallel* with our Spring Session**
Explosive Training for Wrestling Develop Explosive Strength and Power to improve performance “on the mat” Youth Ages 12 and older
	Integrated wrestling, weight lifting and functional training to directly improve wrestling performance
	A strength and conditioning program designed specifically for wrestlers
	For those interested please inquire about *small group youth training* to be run by a certified trainer for our younger athletes under 12

Recent success from Iron Horse and
ETW member participants at the County tournament.

Godwyn Nyama – 103, Mack McGuire – 112, Nick Carr – 145, and Ty Wilps – 171
were all Champions with Ty winning Outstanding Wrestler after defeating
2 PIAA place winners and Godwyn winning the Garrison Award as the
first city-school wrestler to win the County Championship. ·
Seth Carr – 103 (7th place), Steve Gannon – 125 (6th place),
Adam Kemerer- 135 (6th place) Scott Allen – 171 (7th place)
